Our mission is to follow directions with guidance from Spirit and help people make global connections.

NOTE: Each training is designed based on the needs of the program & staff.

Topics include active learning techniques & discussion- NOT lectures. Each topic requires a minimum of 2-3 hr. but can be extended for a full day of in-depth training.

-Discover strategies for building relationships w/parents based on mutual respect & trust. (Managers/staff)

-Discover strategies for using home visits to identify family strengths. (Staff)

-Explore how to assist families in identifying goals, develop a plan to achieve goals, & providing support. (Staff/Parents)

-Discover the importance of rules, routines and rituals for children’s development (Parents)
