Our mission is to follow directions with guidance from Spirit and help people make global connections.

NOTE: Each training is designed based on the needs of the program & staff.

Topics include active learning techniques & discussion- NOT lectures. Each topic requires a minimum of 2-3 hr. but can be extended for a full day of in-depth training.

-Explore various disabilities through simulations to increase sensitivity. (Managers/staff/parents)

- Discuss the concept of “Family-friendly” services, evaluate present service delivery, & explore changes to implement in yourprogram. (Managers/staff)

-Review federal laws that guide services to staff, families, & children, using a “Jeopardy”game approach. (Staff/parents)

- Explore the roles & responsibilities of each member of the team in developing an IFSP/IEP. (Managers/staff/parents)
