Topics include active learning techniques & discussion- NOT lectures. Each topic requires a minimum of 2-3 hr. but can be extended for a full day of in-depth training.

-Explore strategies for forming teams within your agency to increase loyalty and trust. (Managers/staff)

2. CONNECTING SYSTEMS TO ENSURE QUALITY

-Explore components of a systems management approach to service delivery and identify areas of need. (Management)

3. PREPARING FOR THE FEDERAL REVIEW

-On-site consultation for programs with an emphasis on systems, child development services, individualization, and disability services

4. ORIENTATION FOR NEW DISABILITY MANAGERS

-On-site consultation for new disability services staff that covers responsibilities, management systems, collaboration, and time management.
